Booking Request Terms
Online booking and quote requests are subject to availability. We strive to honor same-day requests but cannot guarantee a specific technician or arrival time. Pricing shown on this site (including the 3 rooms for $200 offer) applies to standard residential carpet cleaning within our service area; heavily soiled areas, pet treatment, upholstery, stairs, and commercial jobs may require an adjusted quote, which we will provide before starting work.
Pricing & Payment
Unless otherwise quoted, the advertised price covers the described service. There are no hidden fees. Any additional services are quoted upfront and require your approval before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of the service.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning results, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the concern at no additional charge.
Limitation of Liability
Sky Rise Carpet Cleaning is not liable for pre-existing carpet damage, permanent stains, color fading, delamination, or damage caused by prior improper cleaning or installation. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
